Delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction for Onward Homes

RPS are currently delivering a Boiler Replacement programme for Onward Housing. The contract covers over 400 properties in the Hyde area and is due to be completed in March 2022.We’re really pleased that RPS are continuing to deliver high quality service to our customers, last month alone we attained 100% customer satisfaction to 60 properties.

Residents commented on the efficiency, friendliness and tidiness of RPS operatives- attributes that are really important when working in people’s homes.
