RPS Group has been awarded a 5-year contract to deliver SLH’s Electrical Installation Condition Report Testing.
A five-year contract has been awarded to Rothwell Plumbing Services Group to deliver Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) testing for South Lakes Housing, maintain the electrical safety of all SLH homes and buildings, and contribute to the safety of its customer’s homes and communities. As a responsible landlord, SLH carry out an electrical inspection in their customers’ homes at least once every five years to guarantee the safety of all the electrics. This service checks the safety of all electrical installations in the property, including the consumer unit, light fixtures, and outlets.
RPS Group is the North’s largest independent specialist heating contractor, offering Renewables, Plumbing and Heating, Mechanical and Electrical and Gas Servicing solutions. For the past 12 years, as a trusted supplier, our experienced staff has provided SLH customers with installation, repairs and maintenance of gas central heating and hot water systems, as well as providing solid fuel servicing and, more recently, air source heat pump servicing in new and existing homes.
SLH is an independent, not-for-profit housing association and is the largest provider of affordable rented housing in South Lakeland, Cumbria.
