We’re delighted to welcome one of our newest apprentices, Isobel, who has joined RPS Group as a Customer & Project Administration apprentice.
Isobel’s appointment was made possible through our partnership with En:Able Futures, whose team worked hard to identify such an exceptional candidate for the role. Based in our Wakefield office, she joined us in June and is supporting our teams delivering works for Vico Homes. Her apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with weekly attendance at Barnsley College over an 18-month programme.
Day to day, Isobel is developing her skills by shadowing our team closely and working directly with residents to book and secure both surveys and installations — gaining valuable office and site-based experience along the way. She is already demonstrating strong attention to detail, clear communication, and effective planning.
Reflecting on her first few weeks, Isobel said: “I’m really enjoying it so far — everyone is really friendly and helpful.”
While Isobel is still exploring where she’d like to take her career, she’s looking forward to building skills that will serve her wherever that path leads. We’re excited to support her development and see how she grows in the role.
Isobel’s appointment reflects our wider commitment to creating opportunities across the local communities we work in — investing in people, supporting early careers, and leaving a lasting social value legacy wherever we deliver.
