RPS Shortlisted in Retrofit Academy Awards 2022 for Best Large Project of the Year

We’ve been shortlisted in the Retrofit Academy Awards 2022 for Best Large Project of the Year!

Our Shared Loop Ground Source Heat Project with Manchester based social housing provider Northwards Housing, has been recognised for demonstrating energy savings, increased comfort and health outcomes. The project has been acknowledged for the adoption of the key principles and practices of PAS 2035 and successful implantation of a PAS 2035 approach.

“The Awards recognise excellence across the twin challenges of increasing the quality and the scale of retrofit in the UK. They will identify the leading professionals making their mark in the PAS 2035 era – and the projects that demonstrate that good practice and good value are not mutually exclusive.” David Pierpoint, CEO, Retrofit Academy CIC.

The awards will take place at Futurebuild in London, where the winners will be announced on the 1st March 2022.

Graham Rothwell, CEO, RPS Group, said ” We’re really pleased to have been shortlisted for this award. The acknowledgment is a testament to the excellent partnership between us and our client Northwards Housing, we’ve worked collaboratively from the very beginning with our other partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for the end-users. I’d like to thank all our team and site staff for their hard work, well done to all.”
